Recruiter
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job postings
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct interviews (phone, video, and/or in-person) to assess skills, culture fit, and experience
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports
Assist in negotiating job offers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the hiring process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house)
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience recruiting in quick service, restaurant, retail, or related fields
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
