Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver complex data management and governance projects on time and within scope

Data Governance Expertise: Implement and advance enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business data stewards, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of governance practices

Risk & Compliance: Identify and manage data-related risks; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, BCBS 239)

Technical Oversight: Coordinate technical teams for metadata management, master data management, and data quality initiatives

Process Improvement: Develop scalable solutions and strategies to enhance data governance capabilities and operational efficiency

Reporting & Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success and governance effectiveness

Required
