Program Director Behavioral Health

UCHealth is seeking a seasoned Program Director with strong project management expertise to lead a complex, multi-department rollout. Responsibilities

Provide advanced support for behavioral health and social work programs across the system. Provide system standardization, strategic planning, and project management in coordination with departments involved with, and impacted by, behavioral health programs
Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Oversee projects; ensure departmental alignment; support governance structure
Implement and maintain solutions that support the strategies of the behavioral health service line
Provide analysis and needs assessments for the community and other behavioral health partners both inside and outside the organization including grant opportunities. Respond to internal inquiries about programs, coordinate activities with cross-functional partners, and perform program related special projects and business analysis as needed

Master's degree in related field
5 years of relevant experience
