Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified provider (MD/DO, PA, NP, DPT, PTA) candidates for Novant Health Urgent Care or Novant Health Urgent Care Physical Therapy centers across the state of South Carolina
Initiate contact, perform initial phone screen and will coordinate next steps in interview processes
Communicate with CMO and VP of Novant Health Urgent Cares Physical Therapy on regular basis to identify priority needs, and to provide updates on candidate sourcing efforts
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree from accredited college or university
One (1) or more years of experience in recruiting in corporate environment or staffing agency
Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate well with wide variety of individuals
Strong time management skills
Strong organizational skills; including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks; and strong attention to details
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with social media platforms
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel with overnight stay
Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, or other applicable major
Experience in physician and mid-level provider recruiting
Experience in physical therapist and physical therapy assistant recruiting
