Responsibilities
Manage tasks for clients and ability to take control and get it done
Marshal Assets, develop an understanding of all assets within a client
Organize Client Information and ensure proper safeguards are in place and appropriate
Ability to track time and describe tasks in an efficient and professional manner
Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed
Generate a CRM for the company
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office or personal operations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with CRM - Project management and the ability to assist in building one is a huge plus
