Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System tailored to Triton's R&D-to-commercialization environment

Create and maintain QMS documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions, and controlled records

Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external readiness and certification audits

Lead non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs

Track, measure, and report on key quality metrics, risks, and process performance

Provide quality training and awareness programs across departments

Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings, data trends, and stakeholder feedback

Coordinate quality requirements with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams

Engage cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing partners, and leadership to embed quality into daily operations
