Responsibilities

Collaborate with staff and other business areas to revise and update departmental policy and procedure documents

Provide support to the Offshore DASC Customer Service team, managing service tickets, addressing technical issues, and handling escalations

Manage daily requests for additions and updates to leaders in the Approval Matrices, ensuring adherence to specified limits

Serve as a point of contact, for booking journal entries in SYNC(SAP) and maintain them due to and due from accounts

Deliver reliable and effective support to system end users, encompassing both internal employees and external clients as part of External Billing

Support department management with various tasks, including ad hoc reporting using SAP, ServiceNow, and other platforms

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum three years of recent experience in an accounting or financial services operations environment

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution

Experience supporting multiple roles, working with technology and business partners to drive process improvements and achieve positive results

Experience with performing various journal entries and a solid understanding of accounting processes

Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting modules with experience in reporting and transaction codes

Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in operational processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the creation and analysis of Excel graphs and charts
