Submit insurance claims and follow up on denials or rejections to ensure timely reimbursement
Create and send client invoices, record payments, and reconcile accounts

Manage accounts receivable and support financial reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of medical billing software and insurance processes, preferably in mental health or behavioral health settings
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
