Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of auto, premises, and dog bite injury cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, motions and other court appearances, and trial
Maintain close communication with clients
Handle all aspects of litigation while working collaboratively with attorneys and staff
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience as a Trial Attorney
Prior personal injury experience, either plaintiff or defense
Strong work ethic
Excellent writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Close attention to detail
Passion about the work
Ability to work proactively while thinking critically
