Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
2–20 years of engineering experience, including significant work with avionics sub-systems and FAA certification processes
Working knowledge of ARP 4754, ARP-4761, DO-178, DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-461
Strong foundation in requirements development, systems architecture, verification, and validation
Hands-on experience with IBM Rational DOORS and related test equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Background in systems testing, electrical sub-systems, and networked systems
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
INCOSE certification
