Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is offering a 10-week paid internship program focused on commercial real estate. Interns will gain experience in multi-family property management, commercial property management, real estate brokerage, and investment/development while demonstrating their ability to gather market data and market to tenants and landlords.

Conducted in person at Glen Allen, VA corporate office
Orientation to Thalhimer and aspects of all commercial real estate disciplines including the following:
Brokerage
Capital Markets
Development
Residential Property Management
Commercial Property Management
Project Management
Research & Marketing Functions
Under guidance from market brokerage leader, complete specific work/project assignments in a specific market location in Virginia - Richmond, Virginia Beach, or Roanoke
Return to Glen Allen office for intern group for project wrap-up presentations and individual exit interviews

Required

Rising seniors majoring in business, communications, or real estate
Students applying for this internship must demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
Experience or education should demonstrate interest and commitment to a career in the commercial real estate industry
Demonstrate dependability, self-sufficiency and motivation in past work or extracurricular activities
