Task Order Manager - Cryptologic Support

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives
Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources
Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization
Travel required up to 15%

Required

Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master's degree
Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks)
Strong understanding of cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
CI/Polygraph eligibility may be required

Preferred

Experience supporting the 363 ISRW or similar military organization
Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures
Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes
