Execute field service, installations, and preventive maintenance for CNC equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; provide sales support and some user training

Communicate effectively across all levels in the shop and act as a trusted technical advisor

Be an ethical, professional ambassador for Ellison Technologies at every site

Own your work: manage service cases and projects, and keep precise records and technical docs

Contribute to other related duties as assigned
