Responsibilities

Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models
Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models
Lead KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations
Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals
Assist with developing or updating firm technology operations services methodologies

Required

A minimum of five years of experience working in Capital Markets operations, technology, and regulatory transformation programs, preferably in professional services
Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front to back trade life cycles, regulatory reporting, leading vendor systems, and industry protocols
Experience leading workstreams in technology driven transformation programs including SDLC lifecycle methodologies
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills as well as experience independently leading business development proposals, client presentations, and relationship management
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college/university
Travel may be up to 80-100%
