Functional Pathways is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate finance team in Knoxville, TN. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and financial records in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter invoices and check requests according to established vendor terms

Verify proper coding, approvals, and ensure timely payment of all invoices

Verify, enter, and reconcile contract labor timesheets and invoices

Process weekly check runs in an organized and timely manner

Maintain 1099 information and process year-end 1099 forms for vendors

Respond promptly to vendor inquiries

Reconcile vendor statements and research/correct discrepancies

Assist with monthly General Ledger maintenance and assigned financial reporting

Maintain accurate files and documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

Manage fixed asset transfers, placements, and write-offs

Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets

Assist with additional accounting projects as needed
