Start in 2026 SummerVilla Duchesne is seeking a part-time Stubblefield Intern to support our Advancement Team for summer 2026. This position is open to a Villa Duchesne alumna who is currently an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree, and involves assisting with donor relations, marketing support, and various projects throughout the summer.

Responsibilities
Assist with donor, alumnae/i, and volunteer relations, including support for the work of the Villa Fund through the annual giving campaign and the Bonne Chance Auction, including solicitation phone calls, emails communications, and handwritten thank you notes
Provide marketing and communications support to the Advancement Team including social media posts for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, data entry, and campaign material design and development, using print and graphic design
Support other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Currently an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree
Ability to assist with donor, alumnae/i, and volunteer relations
Experience with solicitation phone calls, email communications, and handwritten thank you notes
Ability to provide marketing and communications support including social media posts
Experience with data entry and campaign material design and development using print and graphic design
Willingness to support other duties as required
