This internship will provide valuable technical knowledge and experience while collaborating with experienced engineering professionals.

Responsibilities
Working with experienced engineers to validate/develop RF products such as LNA, RF switches, Couplers, and integrated front-end module products
Measuring RF products’ performance across supply, temperature, and frequency
Creating compliance matrices against spec, plotting results and analyzing data
Participating and presenting in data reviews
Performing lab testing using standard RF test equipment
Working with a design engineer to help optimize matching circuits and verify the designs
Collaborating with other engineers and technicians
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering BS or MS/PhD program, and must be returning to school after the completion of this Co-Op
Must have the ability to do Co-Op term of 6 months prior to graduation within the following time frames of Summer/fall 2026 Co-Op Term (July 2026 – Dec 2026)
Must have knowledge in RF parameters (Gain, NF, insertion loss, return loss, harmonics, IMD, IIP2/3, VSWR, etc.)
Must have experience in using RF equipments such as oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, RF sources
Strong background in RF and Microwave designs
Experience in design tools such as ADS/HFSS and/or Cadence Virtuoso
Strong desire to learn, grow and make impact
Strong career interest in RF/microwave testing and engineering
Willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others
Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Knowledge of coding is a plus
