Oversee the full lifecycle of major commercial renovation and restoration concrete projects, some valued up to $70M
Manage everything from preconstruction through final closeout
Lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management
Coordinate all critical documentation - RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders
Engage with clients, drive schedules, and ensure top-tier quality and safety outcomes
Directly influence performance in the field and build long-lasting client partnerships
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of commercial project management experience
Proven Project Manager with a background in structural concrete or civil construction
Strong proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project
Preferred
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
