Responsibilities
Drive significant organic traffic growth and qualified lead generation
Achieve top rankings for target keywords in primary market segments
Implement technical SEO improvements
Develop data-driven content strategies that improve CTR and reduce bounce rates
Optimize content for visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, and other AI-powered platforms
Structure content to become preferred source for AI-generated responses
Develop strategies to increase brand mentions in AI-generated content
Create content frameworks aligned with generative AI query patterns
Optimize for featured snippets and AI-powered search summaries
Adapt content strategy for voice search and conversational AI queries
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for AI search performance
Map user intent across traditional and AI-assisted search behaviors
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience with enterprise-level organic growth
Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
Understanding of how major AI platforms source and present information
HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for effective dev collaboration
Track record of optimizing for business outcomes and revenue impact
Preferred
Experience in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring websites for SEO purposes
Knowledge of aggressive SEO tactics (for competitive analysis and risk assessment)
Expertise in optimizing and managing Google Knowledge Panel presence
