Responsibilities

Co‑develop and maintain standard logic models and clear outcome definitions with program leaders
Facilitate a brief monthly outcomes alignment meeting to agree on small changes and document them
Coordinate approved changes into tools (ETOi forms, dashboards, intranet resources) and support adoption
Oversee essentials for the intranet: owner map for key pages, 90‑day content calendar, basic templates
Partner with HR on LMS assignments, reminders, and completion reporting for priority training
Ensure ETOi support is reliable
Coordinate the agency goals & performance dashboard; keep metric definitions current and easy to find
Deliver simple program drill‑downs in partnership with the Data Systems Analyst
Manage analysts, prioritize the backlog, remove blockers, and support professional development
Partner with Tech and HR on escalations and smooth handoffs

Required

Supervisory experience with strong projects and change management skills
Familiarity with client databases and analytics tools, ETO and Power BI preferred
Experience with intranet or LMS administration and content governance
Clear communicator who can coach, set standards, and drive adoption across programs
Commitment to equity, accessibility, and user‑centered design
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five or more years of relevant experience, with two or more in a supervisory capacity
