Responsibilities
Maintain our facilities to prevent interruptions to day-to-day operations
Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections
Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building repairs

Select outside vendors as needed and monitor their job performance
Order new equipment or parts as needed
Ensure the safety and security of our facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in maintenance or plant engineering
Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
Organizational and budgeting skills
Team management skills
Preferred
Certification or experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry preferred
