Responsibilities

The best part of this position is that there is no typical day
Answering customer calls & Emails
Provisioning customer orders, reviewing submitted sales documents, and holding customer meetings
Remotely assisting our on-site field services team members navigate through installations or troubles
Make outgoing contacts to arrange business visits and prepare for ALLO installations
Provide exceptional service internally to our ALLO teams, the Hosted Voice Team manages our ALLO phone systems as well

Required

Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant job experience
Customer Service experience required, previous telecommunications or networking experience preferred
Must be technical in nature and have a strong desire to troubleshoot and solve complex customer issues, sometimes independently
Ability to effectively address customer expectations and respond promptly to customer needs
Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
Always looking for ways to improve and promote quality
Experience with design and implementation of Hosted PBX, VoIP or Key System products
Proficiency documenting and communicating technical situations with internal and external teams
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to convey that information succinctly and clearly
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities
Excellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facing with a focus on training
Well-versed in communication with external and internal customers
Ability to positively influence and collaborate with stakeholders in other organizations to accomplish objectives while maintaining strong relationships
Ability to remain approachable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement
Experienced in Microsoft Office
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Remain stationary for extended periods
Ability to communicate information
Possess/maintain a valid driver's license
10% travel requirement
Proficient Hosted Support & Customer Service Abilities and customer centric mindset with clear and professional communication both written and oral
Proficient situational troubleshooting abilities related to Hosted Deployments
Data Integrity Focus
Opening and tracking trouble tickets, taking the time to fully document and work troubles to resolution or escalation
Assisting in owning service orders, helping capture all necessary information to guide an order through from inception to completion
Understanding that additional duties/requirements may be added to best support our Business Customers
Be timely in your email support, TEAMS messages and post responses
Willingness and desire to level up and learn more than you knew the day before
Take work to complete as assigned by your Team Supervisor and Team Lead
Be available at the time of your shift via email, TEAMS, and office phones for any trouble, changes, testing, add-ons, disconnects, etc
Have a positive attitude, be a professional, exhibit a high level of integrity
Possess a proficiency in typing
Be comfortable working emails and phone calls both
Coordinate multiple projects & responsibilities at the same time
