Candidates must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut; a dual bar in New York State or a willingness to seek admission to practice in New York is preferred
Candidates with post–law school federal clerkships (but fewer than 3 full years of practice) may also be considered
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with strong preference for experience in all aspects of labor and employment law
Strong preference for additional complex commercial litigation experience

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut
JD from an accredited law school
Current admission to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut
Superior verbal and writing skills
Demonstrated abilities to work directly with clients and to develop and execute service strategies
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with strong preference for experience in all aspects of labor and employment law
Superior interpersonal skills
Preferred
Complex commercial litigation experience
