Responsibilities

Business partner to the DCP teams, Divisions, and the Global IT Shared Service organization - providing leadership and insight in financial planning and analysis, revenue reporting, performance analytics
Analyze digital revenue data, develop insights, and support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis using SQL and advanced Excel modeling
Developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecasts; conducting variance analysis; preparing AR financials and other ad hoc analysis
Complete key month-end close processes and post-close reporting for operating expenses and capital spending
Collaborate with Digital teams to align on classification (Capital vs Expense) per accounting policy; coordinate with the Technical Accounting team as necessary
Drive key analytics around headcount (HC) and labor charge backs to make recommendations on overall HC strategy and chargeback model
Delivering operational improvements to drive efficiency and customer ease of use
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling as required

Required

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4-5+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership within a large, matrixed organization
Desire to formulate and drive operational improvements, challenging the status quo
Demonstrated emphasis on translating data and metrics into predictable, valuable business insight
Professional maturity and communication style to interact directly with leadership across functions
Strong results orientation, bias for action
Experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP), SQL, Hyperion, and digital tools (ie. PowerBI)
Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas; strong financial modeling skills
High Potential Talent: A strong finance leader able to demonstrate consistent performance, drive, flexibility, and intellectual curiosity
Ability to understand and translate business challenges and requirements into digital and financial solutions
Able to balance/flex between handling day-to-day finance responsibilities and project work, to drive company growth and/or efficiency
Able to focus and prioritize the most impactful goals and deliver outstanding results; ability to execute against projects and partner with cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment
Able to acquire and analyze data and use it to drive forecasting and identification of risks and opportunities within financial results vs. plan
Challenges core processes and uses prior finance experience to drive innovative solutions and daily efficiency
Clear and concise written and verbal skills
