Drive Revenue: Reach out to customers to generate new service leads and promote seasonal maintenance specials
Expert Consulting: Educate clients on our technical capabilities and the long-term benefits of certified vehicle care
Manage the Pipeline: Schedule service appointments and perform follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of all client interactions within our CRM/DMS systems
Collaborate: Work closely with the Service Department to deliver a gold-standard customer journey
Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or surpass monthly performance goals and KPIs
Qualification
Required
Background in sales or customer service
Automotive experience is a major plus
Natural ability to connect with people
Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and modern digital tools
Self-motivated and thrive in a performance-tracked environment
Strong work ethic and a 'team-first' mentality
