Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership requirements and the up most ethics
Perform Virginia State Inspections, maintenance, alignments, minor brake and suspension work
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualification
Required
Virginia State Inspectors License, in process, or willing to get it
3+ Years of automotive maintenance and service experience
Strong teamwork skills
Background check
Valid drivers license and good driving record
Preferred
Techs with Chevrolet, GMC, Buick and Cadillac experience
All level techs
Apprentice techs that want to work with Chevy, GMC, Buick and Cadillac
