The Rapid Test Operator is responsible for assisting the team lead with production requirements for incoming and outgoing refrigerants, including testing and segregating cylinders and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Testing inbound cylinders for gas purity and type, data entry of test results
Collaborate with the Lab for troubleshooting results
Operating Micro GC equipment
Sorting and weighing cylinders by product type for pre-production
Inspect cylinders prior to filling, fill based on pressure and weight
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to obtain EPA 608 Certification
Must be available to work at least 40 hours per week and be available for overtime hours
Must have high attention to detail to receive, inspect, and certify incoming and outgoing cylinders
Must be able to follow standard operating procedures
Must be able to handle high-pressure and liquid cylinders
Preferred
Previous experience working with compressed gas and/or gas cylinders is a plus
