Required

Master's degree in engineering or related field with New York State professional engineer licensure and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification; or electrical design, specification and project management

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with New York State professional engineer licensure and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification; or electrical design, specification and project management

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with a New York State Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certificate and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full-time related professional experience in: facilities management, or maintenance or operations and design, HVAC and plumbing design and specification; or electrical design, specification and project management
