Responsibilities
Work closely with and provide comprehensive administrative support to the President (calendar management, travel, and meetings)
Coordinating meetings between President and clients
Prepare professional presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external use
Manage confidential information, contracts, and documentation with discretion
Serve as primary contact for executive communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
Attending and holding regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing agents to support recruitment and engagement
Responsible for compiling team reports and prepare regular reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and related tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail and typing accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
Negotiation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
