Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service by responding to member needs in person, via phone, or email with a friendly and professional demeanor
Process loan applications and supply correct information to the underwriting team in a timely manner
Work with the underwriting team to fund and disburse loans
Support the Teller line as needed, accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
Address and resolve member concerns or complaints promptly
Educate members about our products and services to help them meet their financial goals
Work closely with team members and other departments to support overall credit union operations and initiatives
Qualification
Required

Strong communication skills verbally and written
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with members and staff
Preferred
1-2 years of experience working in a financial institution, in a member facing role preferred, but not required
Prior experience with face-to-face customer service and cash handling
