Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Integrated Security Systems Experience Needed
DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization specializing in door and security products. They are seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to sell Electronic Security Equipment in Las Vegas and surrounding areas, managing relationships with commercial businesses and influencing purchase decisions.

Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to call on commercial accounts in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas and you will be able to personally manage relationships with commercial businesses in need of security equipment
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services
Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry
Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security is essential
Must possess valid driver's license
Must be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable
Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
Must be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Preferred
Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
