Business Development Representative Manager
Epicor is a company that values teamwork and innovation, seeking a Business Development Representative Manager to lead a team of BDRs. This role involves managing the business development process, optimizing the sales pipeline, and ensuring effective lead generation strategies are in place.
Responsibilities
Manage the BDR team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and conducting career development conversations to foster growth
Establish and execute prospecting and lead generation programs, designing multi-touch campaigns to generate high-quality sales leads
Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making adjustments to improve results and lead quality
Guide BDRs to focus outreach activities on the right segments, target audiences, and messaging for maximum impact
Monitor and manage the lead funnel, assess lead quality through KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to accelerate lead movement and ensure SLA compliance
Work effectively with key stakeholders across sales, marketing operations, brand, and communications to align strategies and objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in customer service, call center, or inside sales roles, and experience in related industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, or automotive
Minimum of 2 years in management, team leadership, or prospecting enablement roles
Knowledge of marketing and sales processes
Preferred
4+ years of experience managing a lead generation team with a proven track record of achieving goals
Previous experience in inbound and outbound lead generation and hands-on expertise with Salesforce
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, with strong analytical and organizational capabilities
