They are seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead their Project Coordination team, responsible for overseeing project execution and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across their residential solar and energy storage portfolio.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Senior Project Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Assistant Project Coordinators, ensuring alignment with company goals and project delivery standards
Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement training and development plans
Oversee the full project lifecycle across multiple regions, ensuring consistent execution from sale to permission to operate (PTO)
Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Experience) to resolve escalations and optimize project workflows
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for project coordination and customer engagement
Serve as the escalation point for complex project issues, providing strategic guidance and resolution support
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal documentation standards across all projects
Report regularly to senior leadership on team performance, project pipeline health, and operational risks
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Project Coordination team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams, ideally in the residential solar PV + ESS sector
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through ambiguity and change
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities
Deep understanding of customer experience principles and how they apply to project delivery
Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
Experience in residential solar installation, permitting, and utility interconnection processes
Familiarity with quality assurance and risk management frameworks
