Responsibilities
Provide client support and troubleshooting on all Production Print equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations
Provide training to clients on Production Print equipment
Work closely with manufacturers to maintain support for the latest updates and bulletins on equipment
Perform emergency service and maintenance on equipment when needed in order to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients, including after-hours service
Communicate and interact with clients, service, sales, and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Strong technical and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
Minimum 2 years of experience in the service industry or previous Production Print experience
Proficient in color management and color correction of print devices
Preferred
A+, Net+, Fiery Professional, Software Solutions Certification or equivalent experience is a plus
