Senior Sales Marketer
United Water Restoration Long Island is dedicated to protecting families and properties from water damage. They are seeking a Senior Sales Marketer who will drive growth by closing deals, building a sales and marketing machine, and establishing the brand as the go-to solution in the market.

Responsibilities
Landing and expanding commercial accounts with property managers, facility directors, and multi-family communities (priority #1)
Driving residential growth by building and sustaining a predictable pipeline of qualified leads
Owning the sales + marketing engine—from digital campaigns to field activations—making sure our brand is seen, heard, and remembered
Turning data into action, using CRM insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and accelerate results
Positioning us at the center of the community, engaging in associations, networking events, and partnerships that elevate our visibility
Building scalable systems, creating repeatable playbooks for sales and marketing that future team members can run with
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales and marketing, particularly in driving growth and closing deals
Ability to land and expand commercial accounts with property managers, facility directors, and multi-family communities
Proven track record of driving residential growth and building a pipeline of qualified leads
Experience owning the sales and marketing engine, including digital campaigns and field activations
Ability to turn data into action using CRM insights and performance metrics
Experience engaging in community associations, networking events, and partnerships
Ability to build scalable systems and create repeatable playbooks for sales and marketing
Strong networking and storytelling skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance reporting
Hands-on approach to producing results while preparing for team expansion
Preferred
Experience in the plumbing or home services industry
Familiarity with CRM software and performance metrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
