Responsibilities

Prepare detailed financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations and organizational standards

Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting processes and resolve discrepancies

Utilize tools such as SSRS to generate summary reports for management and stakeholders

Manage ledger activities, including reconciliation and analysis, to maintain accurate financial records

Support the release process by ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Analyze fund allocation and usage to provide insights into financial performance

Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy

Provide backup support for the current reporting manager as needed

Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and regulatory requirements

Required

Proven experience in SEC reporting or financial analysis roles

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams

Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements
