New Grad, Entry LevelEMH&T is currently seeking a Civil Engineering CAD Technician to join their Industrial and Logistics team in Columbus, OH. The CAD Technician will work collaboratively with the engineering team to draft technical engineering design components and assist with layouts and design drawings.

Responsibilities
Carries out a variety of drafting assignments using independent judgment and initiative
Prepares layouts, drawings and designs according to engineering specifications using CAD software
Retrieves information from files, edits, produces hardcopies and updates drawings/designs
Reviews engineering drawings and documentation, resolves undefined details
Qualification
Required
Some technical education, specialized training or work experience with one or more CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, Microstation, ARC/INFO
Knowledge of basic math (geometry) involved in the production and use of drawings or models

Experience with drafting preferred
