Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications for the development team, and prioritize the product backlog
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, development, and compliance, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and priorities
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to testing, implementation, and support
Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to project leaders and team members throughout the project lifecycle
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Defining the vision for the team’s product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process
Creating a product road map based on this vision
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
Working with the product implementation team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
Qualification
Required
Technical enterprise systems background
Agile and Scrum principles and practices
Strong understanding of financial concepts, systems (e.g., ERPs), and regulatory frameworks
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications
Experience prioritizing the product backlog
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, development, and compliance
Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to testing, implementation, and support
