Responsibilities
Executes test plans and provides feedback to customer on outcomes or issues
Assists with set-up of specialized test equipment, as well as loading and running programs or builds
Performs routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures
Performs basic repairs on test equipment as needed
Executes test methodologies for various technology, following established procedures, and documents results
Debugs and troubleshoots routine testing issues or failures and escalates other issues appropriately
Conducts basic analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred
Collaborates with individuals inside own team to complete the team's work
Communicates with team lead to provide status and information about impending obstacles
Executes individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with supervision
Adapts to moderate changes and setbacks in order to manage pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Experience in Handset testing commercial OEM or Qualcomm devices in Field/Lab Environment across 5G/4G/3G operators
Experience in drive testing in field on-site and ability to debug, troubleshoot, analyzing basic device/OTA issues (Camping, provisioning) between device and network
Experience in testing, debugging and familiarity with Android OS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or equivalent
