Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions
Handle cash and perform cash handling duties accurately
Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets
Qualification
Required

Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations
Proficiency in cashiering and operating POS systems
