Nidecker Group is a company that manages top snowboarding and skateboarding brands. They are seeking an ERP Developer to enhance their IT department by developing and maintaining their ERP Netsuite system in alignment with global subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

Analyse, update and build business processes based on requirements

Document the state of the ERP configuration

Keep up to date with the ERP's improvements to implement

Create customised code when needed

Resolve support tickets and establish the roadmap

Applicants must be US citizens and located in the Tahoe/Reno or Sacramento regions

Third-party admin services will not be considered

Expertise in JavaScript for developing scripts in NetSuite (SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0)

Proficient in HTML for creating and customizing templates

Experience with standards like EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, and using EDI tools to automate transactions

Knowledge of REST APIs for system integration, including design, consumption, and security (OAuth authentication)

Ability to plan, manage, and execute development projects from start to finish

Strong communication skills in French and English to interact effectively with users, understand their needs, and explain solutions clearly

Proven ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments to identify issues, define solutions, and ensure user satisfaction

Analytical skills to understand business problems and propose suitable technical solutions

Proactive in suggesting improvements and innovations to optimize processes and existing solutions, anticipating user needs and providing solutions before problems arise
