Client Success and Programs Manager

The Client Success and Programs Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring program efficiency, and enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Responsibilities
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as the main day-to-day point of contact
Lead the engagement journey from first inquiry and project development meetings between the client and team, through post-project support
Provide clear, consistent communication, updates on progress, timelines, and next steps
Respond to client questions and concerns with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and confident throughout the engagement
Translate client goals and priorities into clear internal action items
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with the WSC team
Keep projects moving forward and proactively flag risks or blockers
Utilize project management tools and sales and marketing automation software to connect client work to team execution
Track scope, deadlines, and key milestones across client engagements
Ensure work is delivered on time, aligned to expectations, and meets WSC standards
Communicate priorities and feedback accurately between clients and internal team members
Facilitate alignment between strategy, execution, and client expectations
Help improve internal workflows and client processes as we scale
Work closely with the Operations Specialist to manage support and improve the client experience
Identify opportunities to deepen or expand client work (in partnership with leadership)
Own a set of client success metrics that provide insight into business performance
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in a client-facing role with relationship management responsibilities, preferably with a marketing agency, consulting firm or coaching business
Demonstrated experience managing multiple programs with varying deliverables and timelines
Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders
Ability to balance client needs with internal team capacity
Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, growing business
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Experience with sales and marketing automation tools (ActiveCampaign, Dubsado, etc)
Experience with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
Preferred
Understanding of creative projects and web development process
Experience supporting strategic, advisory, or professional services work
Understanding of system integrations and tools (Zapier)
Fully remote team environment
