Responsibilities
Take creative briefs and design high quality social first assets quickly
Review paid performance reports to understand what is working and what is not
Create variations and next generation concepts informed by data and learnings
Ideate net new paid social creative weekly based on persona insights, cultural trends, and platform testing
Produce static graphics, UGC video style content, and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Build storyboards, short scripts, and shot lists for content production
Iterate assets quickly based on feedback and performance
Work closely with internal marketing and paid agency teams
Manage multiple projects with clear organization and prioritization
Qualification
Required
Experience in beauty or wellness required. Experience with supplements, ingestibles, or haircare is a strong plus
Proven ability to move quickly and execute at a high level
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
Ability to edit UGC video content for paid social
Strong understanding of platform nuances for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
Comfort presenting ideas and showcasing rationale
Experience building performance creative systems or frameworks
Motion graphics skills
Understanding of persona-based messaging
