Front Desk/Administrative Assistant
M&M Property Management is seeking a bright star to join their team as a Front Desk/Administrative Assistant. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the HOA property management industry.

Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Providing excellent customer service to homeowners and vendors
Distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Filing, copying, and general document organization
Creating and maintaining homeowner files
Processing architectural requests
Updating homeowner account and contact information
Assisting with compliance and covenant violation processing
Preparing and processing status letters and related documentation
Performing light accounting tasks (posting payments, basic reconciliations, data entry, etc.)
Uploading documents to various websites and portals
Assisting Community Association Managers with work overflow
Assisting the Property Manager with administrative needs
Assisting with preparation of Board meeting packets and materials
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Performing other administrative tasks as directed
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills; ability to quickly learn new software and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desire for long-term growth and advancement within the HOA property management industry
Preferred
Basic understanding of accounting concepts is helpful (but not required)
