Responsibilities

Oversees day-to-day maintenance operations for the Hot Line and Plate departments

Leads preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities

Expands the use of PdM technologies to improve equipment reliability and uptime

Troubleshoots complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues

Develops and manages the maintenance budget while controlling costs

Ensures spare parts availability, and effective inventory management

Plans, leads, and executes multi-department outages, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

Leads, motivates, and develops engineers, maintenance technicians, and supervisors

Champions a culture of safety, accountability, and reliability-centered maintenance
