New Grad, Entry LevelCreekstone Farms Premium Beef is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician responsible for monitoring products and processes to ensure production specifications are met. The role involves documentation, audits, and working closely with various departments to maintain quality and food safety standards.
Food Processing
Responsibilities
Monitoring, documenting, and communicating plant Quality/HACCP/SSOP/SOG/GMP programs to ensure proper implementation
Coordinating with plant personnel, USDA, and contracted sanitation personnel to comply with quality programs
Working daily in cold environments (~45 degrees) and warm environments (~85 degrees)
Maintain constructive relationships with various levels of personnel in various departments
Qualification
Required
Responsible for monitoring products and processes to ensure that Creekstone Farms production specifications are met
Accurate and timely communicated documentation and audits that adhere to Quality and Food Safety Standards for every product
Pre-operation inspection activities
Working closely with USDA, FSIS, USDA AMS and all departments within the plant
Using a continuous improvement mentality
Perpetuate a Creekstone Proud culture through attitude and actions
Monitoring, documenting, and communicating plant Quality/HACCP/SSOP/SOG/GMP programs to ensure proper implementation
Coordinating with plant personnel, USDA, and contracted sanitation personnel to comply with quality programs
