Sales Manager - Jewelry Store
Responsibilities
Lead & develop the team of sales associates
Maintain a consistently excellent experience in the store resulting in positive reviews and exceeding goals
70% of this role is on the sales floor and it is heavily person to person & leadership focused
Maintain operational excellence - overseeing inventory, community development & training
Track performance and optimize the team toward individual and team success
Plan and execute a weekly plan for Operations
Work with HQ team to offer feedback
Create development plans for associates
Ensure the team is operating at it's best though effective coaching
Push the sales team toward KPI goals
Maintain a track record of employee retention
Develop engaging and motivating system of challenges and rewards for your team
Recruit top sales talent
Qualification
Required
Experience in Management, Operations & Sales
Preferred
Naturally creative and self-motivated
Understands luxury yet approachable sales tactics
Can blend storytelling with product
Ability to inspire others toward a goal
Deep level understanding of time management
