Help us run the Planning Dept.'s legal operations

Helping them design and execute strategies to legally mitigate or avoid the tax man
Manage clients' matters from start to finish without stuff falling through the cracks
Be the leader of the Planning Dept with a whole team under you
Qualification
Required
Subject matter expert in HNW Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Trust Administration
Track record of success in estate planning
Experience working with high-net-worth clients with TAXABLE estates and complex Asset Protection concerns
More than just foundational knowledge of trust and estate law, income, transfer, and generation-skipping taxation
Ability to apply knowledge to pre- and post-mortem planning
Confidence and gravitas to interact with and advise savvy clients
Ability to help clients design and execute strategies to legally mitigate or avoid taxes
Mature and serious about career advancement
Disciplined and organized
Ability to manage clients' matters from start to finish without oversight
Leadership skills to manage a team in the Planning Dept
