Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze tax document and provide financial guidance to growing clients
Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is plus but not a requirement
Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of financial services and accounting principles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
High level of financial acumen and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes is a plus
