Customer Service Representative - Columbus
Clothes Mentor is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Upper Arlington location. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers, including greeting them, processing transactions, and stocking merchandise.

Responsibilities
Individually creates a positive store experience by greeting and interacting with customers and creating a fun and convenient place for our customers to shop
Engages with customers by informing them about promotions, loyalty programs
Tagging, hanging clothing, and stocking the sales floor
Must be able to effectively communicate the buying and selling process to customers
Performs all other duties as assigned to maintain store operations and standards
Qualification
Required
Must be 16 or older
Honest, dependable, self-motivated, with mature judgment, and a strong sense of urgency
Communicates effectively
Must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climb a ladder, pushing, repetitive lifting
Vision, coordination and reading requirements consistent with the employees need to inspect items closely and efficiently
Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs
